Buying & receiving tickets

How do I purchase tickets? +
  1. Browse events and select the one you'd like to attend
  2. Click "Get Tickets" to go to the event page
  3. Choose your ticket quantity with the + and − buttons
  4. Enter your contact details and complete payment securely

Your tickets arrive in your email immediately after payment.

How do I receive my tickets? +

Tickets are emailed to you immediately after purchase. Each ticket contains a unique QR code — show it at the door to be scanned in. Depending on the organiser's settings, you may also receive your ticket via WhatsApp or SMS.

Can I get a refund? +

Most ticket purchases are final. Refund policies are set by the individual event organiser — QRTick provides the platform but does not control refund decisions. Contact your event organiser directly before purchasing if you have questions about their policy.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? +

Yes — simply share the QR code from your ticket email with the person attending in your place. Each QR code can only be scanned once, so make sure the right person has it on the day.

I can't find my ticket email. What should I do? +

Check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders — ticket emails are occasionally filtered there. If it's still missing, email service@qrtick.com with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.

I think my payment failed. Did I get a ticket? +

Check your bank or card statement first. If the transaction didn't go through, no ticket was issued — try the purchase again. If payment was taken but you received no ticket, contact service@qrtick.com immediately.
